Surgical deposit policy:

Owners will be required to pay a $100 deposit when booking in a procedure.
The deposit will be deducted off the final bill on the day of the procedure, however if the owner cancels less than 48 hours prior to the procedure, or are a no-show on the day, that deposit is forfeited.
The deposit also serves to confirm the booking, so if not paid and we have others needing surgeries, those spots will be made available to other patients.

Consult policy:

If a client cancels less than 24 hours on 3 or more occasions, or is a no-shower on 3 or more occasions, they will be asked to pay their next consult fee in advance. Again this serves to secure their booking, and if they cancel late or don’t show, that money is forfeit.

Puppy School Policy:

The price for our puppy school program includes 5 classes & cancellations within 7 days of the first class will be eligible for a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations once the program has already started.

Saturday Surcharge:

We have a Saturday surcharge of $20 which applies to all Saturday appointments.
